This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Spirits Prime online store. Spirits Prime sells premium bar accessories, glasses, and related serving accessories. We do not sell alcoholic beverages.
1. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer located in Poland or in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the withdrawal form included at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory.
2. Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means that you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item, provided that the item is eligible for return under this policy.
This voluntary return policy does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.
3. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it;
- complete, including all accessories, manuals, and parts, where applicable;
- in its original packaging, where reasonably possible;
- accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
You may inspect the item as you would normally do in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
4. How to request a return

Please include the following information:
- your order number;
- your full name;
- the item you wish to return;
- the reason for the return, if you wish to provide one;
- photos of the item and packaging, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us may not be accepted if we cannot identify the order or process the return correctly.

6. Return shipping costs
If you return an item under the statutory right of withdrawal or under our voluntary 30-day return policy, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, a damaged item, or an incorrect item.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless we expressly confirm this by email or unless the return is caused by an error on our side.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for ensuring that the returned item reaches us safely.
7. Time limit for sending returned items
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at kontakt@prime-spiiriits-co.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
9. Non-returnable items and exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, unless required by applicable law. These may include:
- custom-made or personalized products;
- items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are incomplete;
- sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery;
- gift cards;
- items specifically marked as non-returnable where permitted by law.
Sale items are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. However, our voluntary 30-day return policy may not apply to certain promotional or clearance items where this is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
10. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
11. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered at checkout, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery option.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed and does not result in additional costs for you.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
