This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Spirits Prime online store are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Shipping destinations

The countries and regions available for delivery are displayed at checkout. Orders can only be shipped to addresses that are accepted during checkout.

Spirits Prime reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where delivery to the provided address is not available, restricted, incomplete, or otherwise not possible.

2. Order processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland and any applicable carrier holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays or operational delays, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

3. Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and local delivery conditions.

The total estimated delivery time, including processing and delivery, is usually 8 to 18 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, incorrect address details, public holidays, weather conditions, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered, this will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout.

Any shipping promotions may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Order confirmation and tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order has been dispatched, we may send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where tracking is available.

Please note that tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please ensure that your name, street, house or apartment number, postal code, city, country and phone number are correct before submitting your order.

If a package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, incomplete, refused, or the package is not collected, additional shipping fees may apply where permitted by law.

7. Failed delivery or returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Depending on the situation, we may offer reshipment, refund or another suitable solution. Additional shipping costs may apply if the issue was caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@prime-spiiriits-co.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps us review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Our products are covered by a 14-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at kontakt@prime-spiiriits-co.com.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and wait while the carrier investigates the shipment. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund or other solution in accordance with applicable law and our store policies.

10. Customs, duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside Poland or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless they are expressly included at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside our control.

11. Delivery risk

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

If you choose and arrange your own carrier independently, and that carrier was not offered by us, the risk may pass to you when the goods are handed over to that carrier, where permitted by applicable law.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping methods, delivery areas, carriers, legal requirements or business operations.
