Spirits Prime operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.

Spirits Prime sells premium bar accessories, glasses, sets and related serving accessories. We do not sell alcoholic beverages.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access, browse or purchase from our store. By visiting, interacting with or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue products at any time, subject to orders already accepted by us and to your mandatory consumer rights.

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.

After placing an order, you may receive an automatic order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we accept your order, confirm dispatch, or otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid through the original payment method, unless another method is agreed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct an order, contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@prime-spiiriits-co.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after the order has been processed or shipped.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, as confirmed during checkout.

Any applicable taxes, shipping costs and additional charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase, where required by law.

If your order is delivered outside the European Union, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not controlled by us and may not be included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, Shopify’s payment partners, card networks, banks or other payment providers.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases made through our store. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The countries we ship to, available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, high demand, local holidays, incorrect address details, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, unless you have arranged your own carrier independently and that carrier was not offered by us.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Consumers in Poland and the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to legal exceptions.

In addition, we may offer a voluntary return period as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Spirits Prime is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Spirits Prime. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Spirits Prime, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services, except where Shopify has a separate legal responsibility under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Spirits Prime.
